Cash refunds are not provided for gift card payments. Instead, the refunded amount will be credited to your My Credit balance, which can be used for future purchases online.
What are the Terms and conditions for Credit Notes issued by Qwikcilver?+
LOIPL Omni Credit Notes are prepaid vouchers issued by Qwikcilver, valid for one year and redeemable across Lifestyle, Home Centre, and select Max stores, as well as online. They can be used multiple times until the balance is exhausted, but cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred. Any remaining balance from partial store use is issued as a new credit note, and additional payment is required if the purchase exceeds the credit value.

Cash payments are refunded in cash, while any amount paid using a refund voucher will be returned as a new refund voucher or added to your My Credit balance.
Where can I spend my Credit Note?+
Refund vouchers are issued when you return a product, usually one that you’ve paid for by Cash on Delivery. You can also opt for a Refund voucher when you return a product to a store, whatever your payment method.
What if I want to return an order that came with a LifestyleStores.com voucher?+
If you return an order, your LifestyleStores.com voucher will be cancelled. You will still receive a refund, but if the voucher was already used, its value will be deducted from the refund amount.
Will you accept a return if I've discarded the outer packaging?+
