After we check your returns, we'll approve your refund accordingly.
If you’ve paid by card or NetBanking, your bank may take 3-5 additional business days to process the transaction.
If you've paid by cash, you have two choices:
You can opt for an instant refund to My Credit in your account
To get refund in your bank account, you need to fill in your bank details on the form emailed to you, when you raise the return request. It will then take us an additional 3 business days to transfer the amount to your bank account.
If you've paid for your order by Landmark Rewards, you'll receive the refund in My Credit.
If you've opted to pay by Wallets, your refund will be credited back to your wallet(Mobikwik, PhonePe, PAYTM)
