What is your policy on returns?
We understand that you may occasionally wish to return your purchases. We'll be happy to help you with the process.
We do not accept:
Handbags, Undergarments, swimwear, and socks.
Fragrances, toiletries, cosmetics, beauty, and skincare products.
Watches, sunglasses and fashion jewelry.

What is your policy on cancellations?
You can cancel your order or a part of your order online on LifestyleStores.com as long as you do so before it has been processed.
If it has already been dispatched, you can wait for it to arrive and then refuse the delivery.
Please note, you can also cancel products you’ve bought during a sale.
Once you’ve cancelled an order, your refund will be credited to your card, bank account or wallet once we’ve finished processing the cancellation.

Will you accept a return if I've discarded the outer packaging?
Yes. When scheduling a return by calling us on 1800-123-1555, please wrap the returned products before handing them over to our courier partner.

What happens if I want to return a product that was part of a Buy 1 Get 1 Offer or a Bundle Promo?
If you want to return part of such an order, you can place the return request for those items online or return to store.
Once we receive all the products, we will issue your refund with amount equivalent to the products returned, to your Credit Card, bank account or wallet as the case may be.

What if I want to return an order that came with a LifestyleStores.com voucher?
Whether you return your order partially or fully, your LifestyleStores.com voucher will be cancelled. You will however, receive a refund for your return.
If you've already spent your voucher, the value of the voucher will be deducted from your refund.

My original order was Rs. 1,000 or more, so I qualified for free shipping. Do I still get free shipping if I return part of my order?
Yes, you will. We'll be happy to give you a full refund when you return your order.

Can I exchange my purchase for another product?
- If you choose to exchange a product purchased by you on lifestylestores.com within the specified return/exchange window with the same product of a different size we will replace the item. Currently this service is free of cost.
- Exchange will be executed subject to availability of stock at the time of dispatch. In case of non-availability of the chosen size, the request will be converted to a return order and money will be refunded as per standard terms.
- We do not offer exchange of a product with a different product (or different style or colour)
- Non- returnable products cannot be exchanged
- Exchange facility is available only in select pincodes
- Only one Item can be exchanged at a time. In case more than one product from an order needs to be exchanged, a separate exchange request for each of the items needs to be placed.
- LOIPL shall reserve the right to restrict exchange facility, if customer in any way breaches or misuses this policy, as determined by LOIPL at it’s sole discretion.
Exchange will not be allowed for products brought through Click & Collect

If I pay for my order by Debit/Credit Card or wallet , how long will it take to process my refund?
If you return your products by placing an online return request, here’s how it works:
- It’ll take 4-5 business days for us to receive your products and perform a quality check.
- We’ll then take 2 business days to initiate the refund.
- Your bank or card may take a further 2 to 7 business days to process the transaction.
If you’ve returned your products to one of our stores, we’ll initiate your refund immediately. Your bank or card may take 2 to 7 business days to process it. Get in touch with them to know more.

I paid for my order using Wallets. How is my refund processed?
If you return your products by placing an online return request or calling us for a return pick-up, here’s how it works:
- It’ll take 4-5 business days for us to receive your products and perform a quality check.
- We’ll then take 2 business days to approve the refund.
- Your wallet service may take a further 2 to 7 business days to process the transaction.

I paid for my order with Cash on Delivery. Can I return the products and get a cash refund?
Yes, only when you Return to store. If you pay by cash and then return a product to a Lifestyle store, we'll give you a cash refund.

What is My Credit?
If you pay for a product by cash and return it, we’ll refund your amount to My Credit under My Account. You can then use this refund to shop for anything on LifestyleStores.com, MaxFashion.com and homecentre.in.
Refunds for products you've shopped with Landmark Rewards points, Online Gift cards or Gift vouchers will also go to your My Credit balance in your account.

I paid for an order using My Credit balance and then cancelled the order. What happens to my balance?
Your amount will once again be refunded to My Credit and your My Credit balance will be updated in your account.

You will receive a refund amount to My Credit in your account. You can then use your My Credit balance to shop any of our brands online(lifestylestores.com, maxfashion.com, homecentre.in)

I paid for an order using My Credit Balance or Refund voucher as well as a Debit or Credit Card or PayPal account, and want to return the entire order now. How is my refund processed?
No problem. After we verify your returns, amount paid for the order using My Credit balance will be given back to your My Credit and the amount paid using Debit/Credit card will be given back to the source account.

I paid for an order using My Credit Balance or Credit Note as well as a Debit or Credit Card or PayPal account, and want to return the entire order now. How is my refund processed?
No problem. After we verify your returns, we'll credit back the balance you spent to My Credit in your account.
If you're a guest user, we'll issue a fresh Credit Note for the same value as your existing Credit Note.
The remaining amount will be refunded to your card, bank account or PayPal account.

I paid for an order using a Credit Note and a Debit or Credit Card, but I want to return a part of my order. How is my refund processed?
While processing a refund in these cases, we consider the proportionate value of the Refund voucher (or Landmark Rewards points if you've shopped with them) in relation to all the products in the order and their total product value. If you want to cancel or return a part of your order, we will issue a new voucher or a refund to My Credit (if you’re a registered user), for the proportionate value of the voucher or Landmark Rewards points. The rest of the amount will be refunded to your Debit or Credit Card, bank account or wallet, as the case may be.
For example, consider an order with three products worth Rs.500 each, having a total value of Rs.1500. The order was partly paid for by using a Refund voucher or Landmark Rewards points worth Rs.300 and the rest of the amount was paid for using any online payment method such as Debit or Credit Card, NetBanking or Wallets. If you return one product, you will receive a new Refund voucher (or My Credit balance if you’re a registered user) for Rs.100, which is equivalent to the Refund voucher or Landmark Rewards points in proportion to the order value, and the remaining Rs.400 will be refunded to your Debit Card, Credit Card, bank account or wallet.

If I have used a promo code to place my order, how is my refund calculated?
Your refund will be issued after deducting the proportionate value of the discount applied using promo code on the product that you’re returning or cancelling.
This means that you get back exactly what you paid for the product you’re returning.

If the order value is still eligible for the promo discount applied even after returning or cancelling a part of the order, how is my refund calculated?
If the order value does not drop below the specified amount even after returning or cancelling a part of your order, you’ll still be eligible for a part of the promo discount. Your refund will be issued after deducting the proportionate value of the discount applied on the product that you’re returning or cancelling. This means that you get back exactly what you paid for the product you’re returning.
Please note, we do not deduct the full value of the promo code you’ve applied in these cases.

If I return a product to store, can I receive my refund partly in cash, and the remaining as a Credit Note?
No, we're sorry, you will not be able to split your refund in any way.
If you've paid by cash, you can opt for either a cash refund, a Credit Note or a refund to My Credit in your account.
If you've paid by card, you'll receive a refund to your card, or you can opt for a Credit Note.
The Omni Credit Note you receive when you return a product to a store is issued by Qwikcilver and is valid for 1 year from the date of issue. You can redeem it when you shop Lifestyle, Max or Home Centre products online or in-store.

If I return a product that I bought with a Credit Note to a store, how is my refund processed?
We'll first check your products. Once that's done, you can opt either for a new Credit Note, or a refund to My Credit in your account.

I bought a product by paying Cash on Delivery and returned it to store in exchange for a Credit Note, which I then spent on new purchases. If I return these new products I bought to a store, can I receive a cash refund?
No, we're sorry, we offer cash refunds only when you return a product bought by Cash on Delivery, to a store. Since your second purchase was made with a Credit Note, it is no longer eligible for a cash refund on return.

I paid for my order with Gift Card. Can I return the products and get a cash refund?
No, we do not give cash refund for Gift card.
If you're a registered user, that is, if you've created an online shopping account with us, you'll receive a refund for the same amount to My Credit in your account. You can then use your My Credit balance to shop any of our brands online.
