Card damage/Defaced/not read on bar code is faulty cards. In this case Store has to collect the faulty card from the customer and inform the customer Card shall be replaced along with balance if any. Post this store has to send the faulty card details through mail to HO Finance with new card number for balance transfer and HO Finance will do the balance transfer if any and confirm the store to replace the same to the customer.
